Can I get a delivery tomorrow?
We accept overnight orders, before 1pm and with a carriage charge of £15.

Do I need to order in box quantity?
Our cutlery is sold in dozen stock. Our chinaware ranges must be purchased in box quantity. All other items are available to purchase individually.

How do I get a proof of delivery?
Please call Elia with your account number and purchase order number. We can then forward a proof of delivery from our courier.

How do I order spare parts?
Spare parts are available for a variety of products that we currently stock. Please contact your nominated supplier for pricing and availability.

How do I return an item?
All returns are subject to written authorisation from Elia. You will then be issued with a returns reference. There is a restocking charge of 10%.

Is there a minimum order?
There is no minimum order quantity, but orders under £250 net are charged £9.50 carriage.

What is the carriage paid amount?
Carriage paid is £250 net. Orders under this value are charged a £9.50 carriage charge.

What is the lead time?
We deliver all orders within 2-3 days of receipt.

What is your export policy?
Our terms are ex warehouse, with freight and insurance to be organised by the buyer.

What is your sample policy?
Our samples are supplied on Sale-or-Return basis. We do not charge for delivery of samples within mainland UK. All returns of samples to Elia are the customers’ responsibility and must bear a returns reference number, which can be supplied by Elia’s Customer Services Department.

A full credit will be raised only if the following conditions are met:
1)The items are returned to Elia in a re-saleable condition, within 30 days of the date of invoice
2)The items are undamaged and in original packaging
3)After 30 days it is at the discretion of the management whether or not we will accept back samples for a full credit.
